John Helm

Over 30 years experience in architecture, graduate of California Polytechnic State University. John is also a licensed general contractor and developer. His experience includes amusement parks, hotels, offices, medical facilities, homes, apartments, shopping centers, churches, schools and industrial buildings. He has also developed and constructed several single family home developments, many custom homes, and condominiums.  John is past president of the North County Section (now the Palomar Chapter) of the San Diego Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Luisa Melacini

Architect licensed in Italy. Luisa, is a graduate with top honors in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. She has collaborated on the restoration of several ancient Italian buildings including the Central Theater in Bergamo and has designed homes, apartments, equestrian centers, and theaters. She has also worked in town planning with other Italian planners. And she is a freelance writer with many published articles for "Abitare" and other Italian architecture magazines.
